We are now seeking professional and experienced DJs/Presenters, who are bi-lingual (although that is not a prerequisite).  They should have an expansive  selection of music, good presentation and technical skills.  We also welcome bi-lingual and  multi-lingual DJs/Selectors.

We expect our DJs to  be self-validating and confident.  They will already have reliable equipment  that is of a high standard. 

They will have a diverse set of skills and will play music that reflects their personality, culture and identity.

You will need to pay a non-refundable donation (the amount is up to you), to ensure your track has an ISRC code (which is an International Standard Recording Code for recorded music), and ensures that PPL/PRS will be able to identify your track to award royalties.  The fee also includes checking that metadata has been embedded,  that the quality of recorded material is adequate, and that you have submitted the name of the artist and release date.

A nominal fee of £20 (or sterling equivalent) on the 1st of the month, by standing order or direct debit, is required to join Gold Standard Radio.       

Gold Standard Radio expects 10% of any fees made from advertising/promoting events, products and services.                                                                                                            

Gold Standard Radio encourages DJs to play all genres of music, from any part of the world, that is consistent with their unique identity and culture, however, speciality shows are also encouraged.

The Auto DJ also plays different genres on different days, for example, Soul on Mondays,  New Releases on Wednesdays, World Music on Thursdays, Reggae on Fridays, Popular Music and RnB on Saturdays, and Spiritual/Gospel music on Sundays 

Gold Standard Radio likes to promote 'hard-to -reach' tracks, that are rare, interesting or just different.

Our DJs are experts at curating playlists that will hopefully, keep you engaged.

Gold Standard Radio is dedicated to delivering high-quality content and a gold standard listening experience to its audience. 

Gold Standard Radio does not provide equipment.  However, our sound engineer can discuss with you,  which equipment is compatible/ suitable or necessary, with the expectation that you are experienced and technically savvy to connect it.  Our technician can guide you through the steps/set up of recommended equipment only.

Gold Standard Radio requires a fee of 10% for any income  DJs receive for advertising or promoting  non-related Gold Standard Radio events/shows/products/services.
